Central Plaza extending from Gojan Station to Ansan Lake Park has a considerable area. Some say it is wider than Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. The shopping streets on both sides of the square are full of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Chefs Lounge is one of the "hottest" restaurants in this bustling shopping district in Gojan-dong these days.




One Pan Steak is a representative dish of this restaurant. A steak and vegetables, and two sauces are served together in a pan. Various kinds of pasta, pizza, and salad are also popular. The dishes of this restaurant show the originality of the young chefs. The bread served in a stainless pan looks like nan, traditional Indian bread, and contains cheese in it. The spinach dish accompanying One Pan Steak tastes savory, topped with peanuts and other nuts. Pizza with blueberries is another specialty of the restaurant. It uses only domestically produced beef, chicken and squid, and pickles and various sauces are made by the chefs. Since the signing of an academic-industrial cooperation agreement with Chungkang College of Cultural Industries, students majoring in cooking receive training in the restaurant.


Here, you can watch chefs in stylish black uniforms cooking in a fully open kitchen and the dishes that they just cooked in front of you looks so nice that you will feel sorry for eating them right away. There is always a line of people in front of the restaurant even during the weekday lunch hour. It is an ideal place for dating or gathering, or for a glass of beer in the evening.
