Warmth to Overcome COVID-19

Donated 'Overcome-Together Kits' as part of social contribution activities to overcome COVID-19.


GyeonGi Cultural Foundation (CEO Heon Kang) GyeongGi SangSang Campus held a ‘Overcome-Together' to overcome COVID-19 at Budnae Senior Welfare Center and Suwon Local Children's Center through <Relay Social Contribution Activity> on September 23. Kit'.




The second part of this <Relay Social Contribution Activity> was conducted to contribute to the local community suffering from COVID-19 as an extension of the first activity that donated COVID-19 relief products in April. 24 employees of the GyeongGi SangSang Campus team participated in packaging 100 COVID-19 prevention kits, cultural arts hobby kits, and 200 toys. In addition, BNI SPOEDU (CEO Hyunsoo Baek/GyeongGi SangSang Campus resident organization), Garammat (CEO Jaeyong Kim), and Media Yni (all the cast members of “A Slit of Miracle”) participated in donating toys for local children.


‘Overcome-Together Kit’ is composed of two types according to each delivery agency. The Budnae Senior Welfare Center delivered a COVID-19 prevention kit containing masks, stick soaps, hand sanitizers, wet wipes, postcards, blankets and immunity enhancing food Samgyetang (Chicken Ginseng Broth) for body health.




Meanwhile, more than 200 culture and art hobby kits, masks, ballpoint pens, and children's toys for the health of local children were delivered to Suwon Local Children's Center. Each delivery item contains the meaning of “We will overcome COVID-19 together” with GyeongGi SangSang Campus through items that protect body and mind.


GyeonGi Cultural Foundation said, “I hope that the hearts of local residents who have been exhausted from COVID-19 can be restored through the culture and arts kit prepared together,” and said, “We will continue to strive to deliver true culture and arts to the citizens.”


On the other hand, GyeongGi SangSang Campus is a multi-cultural space located in Suwon, operated by the Gyeonggi Provincial Government (provincial governor Jaemyeong Lee) and the GyeonGi Cultural Foundation (CEO Heon Kang).
