GyeongGi Cultural Foundation
Voices of Participants in the Gyeonggi Culture and Arts Project
GyeongGi Cultural Foundation (CEO Heon Kang) is releasing the second YouTube original series, “People Inside,” on October 28th on the Foundation's official YouTube channel for residents who spend longer living at home. 'People Inside' is the second GyeongGi Cultural Foundation YouTube original content following 'Exhibition Inside'.
GyeongGi Cultural Foundation has been actively focusing on online content creation and promotion before untact and online content gained attention due to COVID-1919. Last year's career search video series for job seekers and the web drama ``Suspicious Treasure Map'' recorded 300,000 and 100,000 views, respectively, and the first original series, ``Exhibition Inside,'' released in the first half of this year, also received a high number of views. It was recorded and loved by the citizens of the city as a new exhibition content in the era of COVID-19.
GyeongGi Cultural Foundation’s original YouTube series “People Inside”, which will be released on the 28th, is content that directly listens to the voices of cultural and artistic groups, artists, and citizens who have directly participated in the culture and arts business of the GyeongGi Cultural Foundation. We listen to what they think of culture and art and why we inevitably need it.
As the participants and beneficiaries directly participated in the video production, this “People Inside” contains the stories of cultural artists who have been difficult to hear and the citizens of the city who directly participated in the culture and arts business, and in-depth thoughts on culture and arts. 'People Inside' includes not only participating organizations and artists in the culture and arts projects that have been in the GyeongGi Cultural Foundation for a long time, such as the Gyeonggi Living Culture Platform, Gyeonggi Bay Eco Museum, and Dasari Culture Planning School, but also cultural artists who have stagnated in response to COVID-1919. A total of 15 teams of 7 projects participated, including the winners of public offering projects such as the ‘Miracle of Million Won', a special support project designed to overcome the group and preserve and develop the ecosystem.
GyeongGi Cultural Foundation SNS and video platform director Jiwon Yoon said, “In ‘People Inside', the GyeongGi Cultural Foundation offers people from performers who bring life to life in the streets, to cultural planners in small cultural spaces where local people gather, and people walking through vast natural landscapes. People who participated in the large and small projects that were conducted appear. We hope that this content can convey their vivid voices talking about business and culture and arts.”
'People Inside' is scheduled to be released by the end of the year, and in the first part, stories about the life culture platform business and culture and arts in everyday life will be disclosed by Minjung Kim, CEO of the life culture platform ‘Good Chat'.
'People Inside' can be viewed on the official YouTube of the GyeongGi Cultural Foundation (https://www.youtube.com/user/ggcfkr).
